Thank you for visiting and shopping at CryoSampleLab. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

CryoSampleLab is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The United States
  • Europe
  • International destinations

If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us before placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, it is no longer under our control.

If a package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, customers are responsible for:

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • Filing a claim with the carrier when applicable

We will do our best to provide tracking details and shipment information to assist you, but CryoSampleLab is not responsible for carrier-related issues after shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Iceman.AR.8@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
